Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KuGoMo Fashion House website and services, including browsing our shop, requesting manufacturing quotes, placing ready-made or custom/tailor-made orders, and using the customer portal. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

We offer two categories of products: ready-made stock apparel (available for immediate purchase, subject to stock availability) and custom/tailor-made garments (built to your specifications, measurements, and reference materials).

Product availability, colors, and sizes are shown in real time based on stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Paynow Zimbabwe, supporting card, EcoCash, and bank transfer payments.

Depending on the order type, you may choose:

• Full payment — the full order amount is charged at checkout.
• Deposit (custom orders) — a 30% deposit plus shipping is charged upfront; the remaining balance is due before delivery.
• Pay Later (custom orders) — no payment is collected at checkout; we will invoice you separately before production or delivery.

Production on custom/tailor-made orders begins only once the required deposit or full payment has cleared.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order size, split into local (Zimbabwe), regional (Southern Africa), and international zones. Orders may qualify for free shipping above a stated order value, shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary by product type: ready-made stock items ship shortly after payment is confirmed, while custom/tailor-made garments require production and sampling time as communicated during order confirmation. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For custom/tailor-made garments, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements, fabric preferences, and reference materials. KuGoMo is not liable for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer. Sample approval, where applicable, will be confirmed with you via email or the customer portal messaging thread before bulk production begins.

Ready-made stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly; once shipped, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items.

Custom/tailor-made orders are produced specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where the garment is defective or does not match the confirmed specifications. Deposits on cancelled custom orders may be non-refundable where production or material costs have already been incurred.

To raise a return, refund, or quality concern, contact us with your order reference number within 7 days of delivery.

Creating a customer portal account lets you track orders, view invoices and receipts, and message our team directly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

A tax invoice is issued for every order, and a payment receipt is issued once payment is confirmed. Both are emailed to you and available for download from your order confirmation page and customer portal.

All content on this website — including product designs, photography, branding, and text — is the property of KuGoMo Fashion House and may not be reproduced without permission. Reference designs or artwork you submit for custom manufacturing remain your property; by submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them for production.

KuGoMo Fashion House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
